Japan, one of a few countries in the world evoke so much history, excess, glamour, mystique and exotic promise in name alone. Combined with a cruise on one of the world’s most exciting cruise ships, amazing memories await.
The Quantum of the Seas is Royal Caribbean’s showcase ship. Designed to WOW, the Quantum of the Seas is on the cutting edge of cruising with features like the North Star, which is a capsule that takes passengers over the edge of the ship 300 feet above the water for 360-degree views of open ocean. Inside the ship passengers have the chance to experience never before seen spaces on a cruise ship, like the Seaplex, which is a multi-use area that will play host to bumper cars and a roller skating rink. Quantum of the Seas’ Two70 is an expansive lounge that, with the help of digital screens and aerial performers, turns into an interactive performance space at night.
The Quantum Class of ships are nicknamed the ‘WOW Ships’ due to how much there is to keep their passengers entertained while at sea. Quantum of the Seas is no different and will keep her 4900 passengers amused with a range of both classic and ground-breaking Royal Caribbean features such as high-speed Wi-Fi, a Bionic Bar manned by robots and the North Star observation lift.
Food on onboard the ship features a mix of Asian and Western dishes, with the main restaurant, and more casual Windjammer Marketplace buffet serving everything from pizzas to Chinese hot pots. Specialty restaurants will include:
There’s so much to do onboard Quantum of the Seas that you might even be disappointed when you have to leave to go on a land excursion! With a host of shows, entertainment areas, and fun-filled activities for all the family, you’ll struggle to pack it all in.
