Booking your holiday is a special time, and it should be exciting, it shouldn’t feel like a job, an obligation or a “must-do”. With our clients it’s all about you.
Firstly we run through our All About You questionnaire. And we do that either over the phone, messenger or email. Whichever way you prefer. That gives us a little better insight into what you’re thinking you want for your next holiday. Now don’t worry if you don’t know exactly, that’s where we’ll step in!
After we’ve got all the details from your questionnaire, expect us to be in touch by the next business day, this is an opportunity for us to get to know you a little better. As well as those extra details about your next holiday wishes in more detail. That way we can work out if we’re a good fit for you to work together on this trip.
And then the fun begins!
We’ll begin our research and after our back and forth, we should have a really good handle on what it is you’re looking for. That’s why we ask so many questions, we don’t plan holidays by pulling them off the shelf, these are customised to you. There’s nothing standard about our holidays.
And then it gets really fun.
Once we’ve done our research and we’re confident that we have 3 or 4 choices of itinerary for you to choose from we’re going to put together the proposal. This is where we wrap everything up in a beautiful little package on your very own personalised webpage. We’ll give you the link.
It will have your name, the dates of travel the resorts or cruises we’ve hand-picked for you, the destinations, what it includes, the room categories, the tours you can participate in. Everything for the package that we can book at that time. We will put it on there for you to view.
Once you’ve had a look at those we’re going to start tweaking the one that suits your needs and wants. We can look at different room categories, different tours that you can go on, different airlines. Anything like that,, that you want to change, we can. Remember these proposal itineraries are recommendations and can be tweaked to perfection because it’s all about you. We won’t stop until we get it right.
Once you’ve decided which holiday is right for you, we’ll be in charge of booking everything, so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your holiday. All you need to do is start packing. We’ll guide you through the booking process, you’ll only need to submit a deposit at first. That changes depending on the resort that you choose and the airline, as they set the deposit amount. We put your deposit against the package, you don’t have to worry about a thing! We’ll also remind you by email when your final payment is due and how much is due. So you’ll always be in the loop – make sure to keep an eye on your email at around that time!
Leading up to your departure we’ll send you super helpful information about your destination, help with any visas and travel advice, maybe even a packing checklist. In the week before you travel, we’ll give you a Bon Voyage call, to run through, step by step your itinerary and answer any last minute questions you may have. All the way through the process from door to door. It will all be laid out for you, custom to you.
We’ll send you your travel documents that you need to take with you. You’ll also have our contact information should you have any trouble during your travel. As well as all the contact information for each supplier. You’ll be all set.

We recently spent all night helping a client with their re-arrangements when illegal drones closed their original departure airport. And we were on hand to offer advice for another client when she was left disappointed with her room.
